Go to your blogger dashboard, go to your layout, click the button that says "edit" in blue where it says the name of your blog and then the word "header" after that, you should see a place where you can upload the picture. :) If you want, I could edit one and make it a better size, but I'd need to use a bigger picture for it to be a less awkward length.
The picture of her yawning and you laughing should totally be your blog banner!
